We asked a friend of ours, a winemaker and Sydney International Wine Show judge to have a look at the wines for us, just to make sure that we included (at least for the website) the usual bullshit you’d expect.
What Ken thinks: Bright cherry red colour. The nose shows aromas of cherry and dried herb with complex vinous characters underlying. There are wonderful flavours of ripe berry on the front palate with pleasing mid palate richness. The palate shows excellent complexity with a hint of oak which is not out of balance. There is a long finish with very fine grained tannins.
